This journey is designed to gently and compassionately guide participants through the full spectrum of grief, returning them to a state of love. We start with 17 minutes of downregulation breathwork to create relaxation, calm, and safety. Following this, the active breathing session navigates emotions associated with grief and loss, from numbness to anger, blame, shame, guilt, remorse, and regret, ultimately leading to acceptance and letting go. The session integrates techniques such as subliminal messages, binaural beats, visualizations, NLP, and hypnosis to release stuck emotions and belief patterns. Participants will emerge feeling lighter, more connected, and with a profound sense of relief and acceptance.
